Add a source and a date to every value. Leave unknown fields blank rather than entering a made-up number.

Define the ruler view before asking

State whether you need one flat width, a seam-to-edge length or another specific dimension. Keep the item unstretched and show both ruler endpoints. A chest width measured flat is one side of a garment; a size label is a separate piece of information.

Clarify the method, not a promised fit

Use the seller diagram or identify the same endpoints on your reference garment. If the starting point or unit is unclear, ask for clarification. This worksheet prepares the photo request; it does not select a shoe size, certify quality or calculate shipping.

Kakobuy QC evidence boundary: what the official inspection covers

Kakobuy’s inspection help page says warehouse staff inspect garments for the ordered colour, size, large-area damage and other common major issues. The same page says small thread issues, colour differences and hidden or functional performance may fall outside that inspection scope. For electronics, the published scope is limited to included accessories and visible physical damage rather than a functional test.

Use that boundary when writing a QC request. Identify the order or item reference, selected variant and the exact uncertainty. Ask for one view or measurement that can resolve it, such as the size label, flat chest width with both endpoints visible, outsole length, a close view of a stain, or the contents of the package. Record the unit, photo date and response instead of marking an item “QC verified.”

If the available photos do not show the relevant area, keep the result Unknown and request clarification before dispatch. A photograph can support a visible observation; it cannot establish authenticity, hidden construction, electronic function, long-term durability or guaranteed fit.

Photo request example: clarify one measurement

Added 30 September 2026. Fill the brackets in your private order support message: “For item [reference], colour [variant] and size [label], please confirm whether a flat chest-width photo is available. Show the garment unstretched and both tape endpoints, with the unit readable. The current image does not show [missing detail]. Please confirm any extra charge before arranging it.” This is a request template, not a promise that the service provides that photo.

Keep three separate entries: requested view, received evidence and remaining question. A reply without a readable measurement does not complete the measurement field. Compare the returned photo with your own reference garment using the same method; do not treat a requested value as a measured result.

How to write a Kakobuy QC photo request

Use this sequence: identify the selected item and variant; state the unclear feature; request one relevant angle; if a measurement is needed, name both endpoints and the unit. Review the generated English draft before using it in your private order account. Keep the evidence Unknown until the returned image shows the requested detail clearly.

Is a request the same as a quality check?

No. A brief records what you asked for. It does not verify that the service is available or that a photo has been received. A ruler photo may support one visible dimension; it does not establish authenticity, hidden performance, durability or guaranteed fit.

United States, United Kingdom and Canada

The English guide is available for all three markets. Choose the measurement unit actually used in the requested photo. Do not infer a unit or size system from the country, and do not convert a label into a fit recommendation. This request workflow makes no country-specific service or shipping promise.

These are completed instructional examples, not real orders, customer messages, received QC photographs or evidence of a paid service. Replace the example labels, variant and date with your own information. Never share an account password or a full order screenshot in a public request.

Example: a label is unreadable

Confirm availability and any extra charge before arranging a photo. This is a request for evidence, not approval to dispatch.

Example: request one flat chest width

Use Photo with a measurement. Name the start “left underarm edge of the front panel” and end “right underarm edge of the front panel at the same level”, choose the actual unit, and request an overhead view with the garment laid flat and unstretched. Keep both ruler readings visible. Flat width is not body circumference; do not convert it to a fit guarantee.

If the ruler does not start at zero, record both endpoint readings before taking their difference. For an instructional example only, readings of 2.0 cm and 56.5 cm indicate a 54.5 cm span. This is arithmetic guidance, not a measured product claim. If the endpoint or unit cannot be read, the measurement remains Unknown.

Review, copy and save the brief

1. Identify the item and exact variant. 2. State the unresolved detail and requested view. 3. For a measurement, supply both endpoints and the unit. 4. Review and edit the English draft, then use Copy request or the TXT download. Changing request details rebuilds the draft; changing only the guide language keeps your edits. 5. Download the CSV record and check the field values. It records your request, with received evidence still Unknown. No message is sent by this tool.
